We need to prepare our young people for careers in agriculture. Global population is expected to reach 9 billion by 2045. Those wearing the blue jackets today will help to determine how America deals with a new era of food and fiber production as we attempt to meet the ever growing demand. They will set the direction for expanding renewable fuels and sustainable land management.
